Every gift includes at least one item grown or made at Two Horizons Farm. From there, we'll choose a thoughtful combination of our own goods and other favorites based on what you tell us about the recipient.
No two gifts have to be exactly alike—and that's kind of the point.

When flowers are blooming on the farm, they can be included in locally delivered gifts—or sent all on their own.
Our flowers change with the season, so we'll work with what's looking good in the field that week.
